Projects
Louise creates impactful, innovative projects that bring together spoken word, storytelling, heritage engagement, trauma-informed practice and community arts, helping people uncover the stories, language and lived literacy they carry within them.
Louise is passionate about self-advocacy and language as a living art form. Her work invites people to take up space, find voice in their feelings, and recognise the value of the stories stitched into their spines.
Working across spoken word, storytelling, heritage and community arts, she creates projects that explore voice, identity, belonging, mental health, memory, trauma and representation. At the heart of her practice is a belief that ordinary lives carry extraordinary stories, and that creativity can help people reconnect with themselves, each other and the places they call home.
